OUR EASY 3 STEP PROCESS TO GETTING NEW FLOORING

1. WE’LL BRING THE SHOP TO YOU

Book a free home visit at a time of your choosing and we’ll bring our shop to you, giving you the opportunity to view product samples most suited to you and your home. Once you’ve looked through and chosen your flooring and are happy with the price, we’ll take a deposit and get you booked in for fitting.

2. QUALITY CHECKS AND KEEPING YOU UP TO DATE

Once we receive your new flooring, we’ll first ensure it meets our exceptional quality standards and ready to be fitted. 48 hours prior to our fitters being with you, we’ll send you a courtesy notification as a reminder which will also include your 2 hour ETA.

3. THE FITTING TEAM AND INSTALLATION

When our fitting team arrive, they’ll get straight to installing your new floor thats been agreed, to the high standard our customers have come to expect. We want you to be a happy customer for many years to come and once the work has finished, I’ll personally be in touch with you to ensure everything went well for you.
