      I phoned Bespoke Flooring and Matt came  to my property to measure for Lounge Carpet, Kitchen Vinyl, Bathroom LVT and matting inside the Hall He brought lots of samples with him which was great. So nice to be able to choose colours in the rooms you’re doing. Matt is knowledgeable and advised on the best solution where there was an issue with my Bathroom floor. He quoted me a very good price which I accepted and asked when I would like it doing. Matt was able to get his fitter Carl to come within a few days to do  the Kitchen, Hall and Lounge. Carl did a great job and left everywhere clean and tidy. Today James came and did the Bathroom LVT,  boarding out the area first and sealing with clear sealant once finished. Again another lovely job. I would highly recommend Bespoke flooring and will be using their services again when my son is ready to have his work done.       The whole process of having our Invictus LVT herringbone floor was hard to fault. Matt was friendly, helpful and visited our house with a wide range of samples and honest advice to help us choose. A simple deposit and we were booked in. A few weeks later home to a room transformed by the installation. Reliable, good quality and at a price miles better than other quotes. The guys doing the install were super professional, fast and worked to a very high standard.  Matt turned this job around very quick and was always responsive when I asked any questions. OUR EASY 3 STEP PROCESS TO GETTING NEW FLOORING

1. WE’LL BRING THE SHOP TO YOU

Book a free home visit at a time of your choosing and we’ll bring our shop to you, giving you the opportunity to view product samples most suited to you and your home. Once you’ve looked through and chosen your flooring and are happy with the price, we’ll take a deposit and get you booked in for fitting.

2. QUALITY CHECKS AND KEEPING YOU UP TO DATE

Once we receive your new flooring, we’ll first ensure it meets our exceptional quality standards and ready to be fitted. 48 hours prior to our fitters being with you, we’ll send you a courtesy notification as a reminder which will also include your 2 hour ETA.

3. THE FITTING TEAM AND INSTALLATION

When our fitting team arrive, they’ll get straight to installing your new floor thats been agreed, to the high standard our customers have come to expect. We want you to be a happy customer for many years to come and once the work has finished, I’ll personally be in touch with you to ensure everything went well for you.
